Ingredients
- 100 g rolled oats
- 280 ml milk
- 100 g plain yoghurt
- 1 applecoarsely grated
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seedsoptional

Method

Combine oats, milk, yoghurt, chia, cinnamon and salt.

Grate the apple directly into the bowl and stir immediately so it is coated.

Stir in the peanut butter, leaving a few visible streaks.

Divide into jars, cover and refrigerate for at least six hours.
Notes that make the difference
- Use rolled oats rather than instant oats for better texture.
