Ingredients
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 100 g berriesfresh or thawed frozen
- 30 g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp honeyoptional
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl and scatter over the oats.

Notes that make the difference
- If using frozen berries, thaw them in the refrigerator rather than on the counter.
- Toast the oats in a dry pan the night before for a nuttier flavour.
Storing and reheating
Assemble fresh. Thawed berries keep covered in the refrigerator for about a day.
Substitutions
- Use plain Greek yoghurt if cottage cheese is unavailable.
- Use chopped peach or pear instead of berries.
